Insurance Broker welcomes Leo Gibbons to Giles Group
Leading independent broker Giles Insurance Brokers has strengthened its team with the appointment of Leo Gibbons to the new post of Distribution Director.The post has been created as a consequence of Giles’ continuing rapid growth. Leo will be responsible for ensuring newly-acquired companies and partner brokers have access to all the services currently offered by Giles and for setting and implementing the placement strategy with existing market relationships across the Group.
Leo has over 18 years experience in insurance in sales and distribution and joins Giles from Novae Insurance where he was part of the original management team and held the role of Director of Marketing. As the business continues to expand, Leo will be responsible for ensuring that supporting brokers have complete access to our services. Leo will also be assisting to develop relationships within Giles’ Lloyds of London operation. Giles has sector specialisms in the provision of commercial insurance cover for recruitment, leisure, construction, charities, professional indemnity, motor trade, life sciences and estate agents.
